Was It A Goal?

Late in this afternoon's game between Hereford and Southport it looked like Hereford had equalised.

But after speaking to the assistant the goal, assuming it was over the line, was ruled out by the referee.

It's not certain why it was ruled out. Could someone has been offside? Perhaps Adam Rooney?
