Hereford manager Aaron Downes has confirmed that on loan midfielder Harry Tustin received an injury whilst playing for his parent club last Tuesday.
Tustin was subbed off in the 70th minute.
"Harry Tustin suffered a cut above his eye while playing for parent club Cheltenham Town in midweek," said Downes.
"Harry needed a couple of stitches on Tuesday night. We’ll assess how that is – due to the proximity to his eye, we’ll seek advice from our physio and work together with Cheltenham’s to do what’s right for the player.
"Hopefully he’ll be fine."
