"He's come from Hartpury via Ghana," Football director Martin Watson told BN.
"We put international clearance in for him about ten days ago and it came through yesterday afternoon.
"There is a second player from Hartpury who is from another country for whom we are awaiting international clearance.
"They are moving a bit slower.
"As long as everything goes okay we will sign him, it just waiting for the process of the paperwork to be done.
"It's within budget. They are students and because of their visas they can only play in certain leagues and they can only work for certain hours so it's very limited as to what they can do."
