Fleetwood have signed former Hereford mid-fielder Kane Thompson-Sommers from MK Dons on a two year deal for an undisclosed fee.

Defender Mitch Roberts has joined Worcester City. He played for Hereford several times last season and also played for Gloucester City on loan.
