Former Bulls loanee Steven Leslie is one of just four players to be released by Wrexham after their play-off failure.
The former Shrewsbury winger effectively had his contract taken over when he left the Shrews for the Dragons in January, but the 24 year old played no part in their play-off campaign after making 13 appearances in the regular season, scoring once. The Scot played 21 times in total for the Bulls during two loan spells spanning 2011, netting four times.
The Dragons have offered new deals to 11 players including ex-Bull Jamie Tolley and veteran midfielder Dean Keates.
