Macclesfield are appealing for witnesses after their Moss Rose ground was raided by copper thieves for a third time last night. Work is ongoing to get the stadium back to working order ahead of their home match tomorrow. Dagenham boss John Still says he turned down Bradford's managerial job in the summer due to the uncertainty at the club over whether they'd stay at Valley Parade or not. He told the Telegraph and Argus that he was interviewed for the job but had no guarantees over the way things would work out.

Swindon have confirmed the signing of Spanish winger Lander Gabilondo on a one year deal. The 24 year old is the 13th new signing of the summer at the County Ground with boss Paulo Di Canio still looking for more. He has also told the BBC, ahead of this weekend's derby with Oxford, that U's striker James Constable is a Swindon fan and wants to play for the club. Bradford have loaned forward Leon Osbourne to Southport for a month. The 21 year old has not figured in the first team this season.

Sky Sports claim Crewe want £500,000 for striker Shaun Miller, but Dario Gradi says the club have had no bids for the 23 year old who scored 19 times last season and already has two goals this term. Gradi has also said they will trial two more central defenders and a 'bigger striker' next week as they look to improve their side. Crawley have signed left sided midfielder Michael Doughty on loan from QPR until January. The Welsh u19 international played for Neil Warnock's men in the FA Cup in January before a loan spell at Woking.

Rotherham have rejected a player plus cash bid for striker Adam le Fondre from Coventry. Mansfield fans group 'The 12th Stag' have donated £2,400 to the club so they could sign defender Ben Futcher on loan from Bury for a month. Accrington have signed teenage striker Louis Moult from Stoke on an initial one month loan. The 19 year old had an eleven game spell at Bradford last term, scoring once.
