Kidderminster are receiving advice from current Weymouth owner George Rolls on cutting costs at Aggborough. Rolls is an unusual choice for the task given his track record at Cambridge and his current open warfare with a number of prominent Weymouth fans. Rolls wants the club to groundshare with Dorchester, claiming that the club would be more profitable at Dorchester with 100 fans than in their current home with gates averaging 500. Macclesfield are to drop prices to their 1997 levels for one game to 'recreate the spirit' of their League Two promotion season that year.

Accrington are having temporary drainage installed at the Crown Ground in a bid to prevent further postponements this season. A permanent solution will be done in the summer. Tranmere are reported to be targets of a takeover by US investors Club9. The American group made an unsuccessful bid for Sheff Weds prior to Milan Mandaric's takeover.

Luton's owners say they will have cleared all their liabilities to the liquidators of the old club by the end of the season. They were reported yesterday to be more than a year late on repayments. Mansfield have faced former owner Keith Haslam in court today in the latest round of their battle over the club's ground. Haslam is attempting to reposess Field Mill, but the Stags say he took ownership unlawfully. They will meet again in the High Court in April, with Haslam banned from taking any further action over the stadium before then.

Former Bull Graham Hyde is to become first team coach at Redditch. He has spent the last four years working for Birmingham coaching in their football education programme. The man who punched Stevenage player Scott Laird after their win over Newcastle has been jailed for 12 weeks. He was also fined £100 for encroaching onto the pitch.
