Dominik Werling has asked to leave Hereford United according to manager Jamie Pitman.
"Dominik Werling has got a knee injury but we are looking at a few things with him," Pitman told the Hereford Times.
"He's not going to feature at this club and he's asked if he can go.
"Dan Connor is someone who we are unlikely to see again this season.
"He has had a major hip operation but we are hoping he will be available for next season."
Pitman has also spoken about on loan striker Waide Fairhurst who scored twice for the Bulls last Saturday and how former coach Richard O'Kelly recommended him.
"I got a high recommendation from him, he's someone I trust whole heartedly.
"I take Richard's opinion very highly so I had no doubt that Waide would be a decent player.
"Waide's here on a one month loan and it could be extended."
Meanwhile Pitman will come up against his neighbour Tony James next Saturday when Burton are the visitors to Edgar Street.
"We got married on the same day eight years ago. We are neighbours and see each other a number of times during the week.
"But in the build-up to this game we won't be talking about football."
