The Bulls move up to second in the table with a 2-0 win in their revenge mission against Chesterfield.
Sherjill Macdonald and Gary Hooper again provided the goals in a decent first half, but a scrappy second failed to give much hope of more goals. The Bulls move to within two points of MK Dons, whose match with Tuesday's opponents Wrexham was postponed. The Bulls also hold a game in hand on the leaders.
The gate of 3,503, with 267 away supporters, was far better than last week. A couple of good wins, a lack of televised rugby, and a higher profile visiting team all probably contributed to the much higher figure.
