Former Stevenage Borough player Anthony Elding has signed for Boston from Kettering. He returns to the Lincolnshire club which he left before moving to Stevenage.
"He is a young man who I believe is now ready for the challenge of the Football League," said Boston manager Steve Evans as reported by BBC Sport.
"Anthony knows the demands I will place on him and I will expect big things from him."
Elding himself has commented on the deal to the Non-League Paper.
"It's been my dream and ambition to play in the Football League and this represents another chance for me," he said.
"My contract expired on Saturday and I got a phonecall from the gaffer on Sunday asking if I wanted to come back.
"I had two or three good offers from other Football League clubs, so I had options, but I'm confident that I've made the right one."
