HUST-nominated directors Tony Taylor and Joanie Roberts |
HUST has confirmed Tony Taylor will continue to sit on the club's board after interviewing for the role.
There were two applicants for the vacant HUST-nominated director on the main club board. After review, HUST independence governance secretary Nick Frith said Tony Taylor was the successful candidate, meaning he will continue to be one of the three HUST-nominated directors.
The current directors at Hereford are: Peter Churchus, Chris Ammonds, Darren Ball, Mike Langford (HUST), Joanie Roberts (HUST), Tony Taylor (HUST) and George Webb
HUST members can now put forward any "well-founded objections to this nomination" to Frith by 28th June via email to secretary@hust.org.uk.
It also confirmed Andy Lawrence has been co-opted onto the HUST board.
Andy is currently in the teaching profession and is well known around the club as a volunteer. He brings further strengths to the HUST board, HUST said in an email to members.
