Calvin Dinsley is retiring from football |
Midfielder Calvin Dinsley has retired from football. The former West Bromwich Albion youngster helped Hereford to two championships under Peter Beadle before moving to Swindon Supermarine.
He has most recently been at Worcester City, though he has made the decision to stop playing after continued discomfort following a recent knee injury.
Maz Kouhyar has joined League Two side Notts County. He left York City this summer after a season-long loan at Kidderminster Harriers, but it was while Notts County were watching their loanee Ryley Reynolds that they spotted the 27-year-old Afghan international.
Head of Football Roberto Gagliardi said:“He’s very classy and skilful on the ball and, as he demonstrated by hitting double figures for both goals and assists last season, he poses a serious threat in the final third whether he’s operating out wide or in central areas. With momentum behind him, we believe we can help Maziar make a successful transition into League Two and we’re looking forward to working with him as he embarks on this exciting new chapter.”
Orrin Pendley has committed to AFC Telford United for another season. After leaving Edgar Street, defender Pendley dropped down to step three to play for the Bucks and has helped them back to National League North.
Orrin’s two seasons to date at the SEAH Stadium have seen him establish himself in the spine of the team and also as a fans’ favourite. He won multiple awards in his debut season, as the Bucks fell just short of bouncing straight back to Step 2 following relegation.
Defender Jamie Willets - who was instrumental in the Bulls winning three trophies in their inaugural season and making the FA Vase Final - has left Tamworth and linked up with Halesowen Town.
He had been on dual registration with the side last season and will be playing alongside ex-Bull Jason Cowley under former Kidderminster Harriers boss Russ Penn.
