One might ask why Bulls News has headed an article Hampden Park History Book?
There is a good reason.
The author is Douglas Gorman who is chairman of the Scottish Football Statisticians.
He has been of immense help to Hereford Historian Ron Parrott who is writing a book all about the Hereford players especially with the more obscure Scottish ones.
Gorman's book covers the period when Hampden Park was hosting six-figure crowds and setting world attendance records. A friend was able to get football broadcaster/author Archie Macpherson to write the foreword.
