Camron McWilliams has left Edgar Street |
Camron McWilliams has joined another National League North side after less than a month at Edgar Street.
The 22-year-old right-sided player joined the Bulls at the end of January after the demise of Nuneaton Borough, but has now joined Rushall Olympic after just one appearance.
Announcing the signing, the struggling side, only outside the drop zone on goal difference, said McWilliams is a product of the Northampton Town Academy. He was signed by Cardiff City in the summer of 2020 and became a regular in their U23 side.
He then went on to turn out for St. Ives Town, Nuneaton Borough and more recently Hereford.
“Camron is a player that I have admired for the last few seasons,” said manager Liam McDonald.
“He is someone who will fit into the way we play.
“He’s got bags of energy going forward and plenty of pace. Technically he is very good and will be a big asset to us for the remainder of the season.”
McWilliams is a right-sided midfielder who can also play in the back-line.
"We welcome him to The Pics Family and hope that his stay is a long and successful one," a statement said.
Meanwhile, Hereford said: "Thank you for your efforts and good luck, Camron!"
McWilliams' departure comes the day after it was announced Maziar Kouhyar's one-month loan from York City wouldn't be extended.
