Team news: Blyth Spartans v Hereford - Cowley and Mendes start

Jason Cowley and Lassana Mednes are both in the starting XI this afternoon as Hereford take on Blyth Spartans.

Cowley missed Tuesday night's 1-0 home win over Rushall Olympic because of injury, and Mendes has been suspended for the first three games of the season.

Stanley drops to the bench and Obinna, who started up front on Tuesday, is absent from the matchday 16. There's also no place on the bench for Barkers
