On Loan From Salford - Striker Colin Oppong
Hereford were by far the better side for the majority of the first half in the game against Banbury this afternoon but the ghame ended up 3-2 in the visitor's favour.
Afterwards Hereford manager Josh Gowling gave his view to the local media.
"It was ours to lose and we lost it didn't we, simple as that," said Gowling.
"Look back at the goals.
"First goal Orrin has kicked it out for a throw in, Janaai has fell over and he's given a free kick and they've ended up scoring from it.
"Yes we need to defend the box better.
"Second goal Lloydy has gone to clear the ball, guy has clattered him, the guy that clattered Lloydy has ended up sliding in the box to score.
"It was our game to lose, of course it was, and we did and we need to be a bit better second half.
"But some of the decisions that we given against us were really appalling.
"Disappointing thing for me was I thought we were on the front foot first half and played forward well.
"Second half we went backwards a lot. Midfield didn't move quick enough to get into good areas to be able to turn and play forward.
"A lot of things were backwards, backwards, backwards back to Dino, then long.
"I thought Colin (Oppong) was excellent today but you could see he's not played a lot of games. He blew up a bit second half which didn't help.
"Really disappointed."
