Former Hereford striker James Roberts has joined Havant & Waterlooville for an undisclosed fee from fellow National League South side Oxford City.
Binfield, of the Hellenic League Premier Division, booked their place at Wembley after beating United Services Portsmouth on penalties in their FA Vase Semi-Final match. The tie finished 1-1 after 90 minutes.
Binfield will face either Warrington Rylands or Walsall Wood in the final on May 22 after Warrington saw off Hebburn Town 1-0 in the quarter finals.
Only five days previously, Hebburn had won last season's final. The second semi final will be played this Saturday (May 15).
Dover have released 15 players after their National league fixtures were expunged.
