HUST have released the following information:
We are
disappointed to have to report, despite written assurances from the
Chair of HFC, that your newly appointed HND (HUST Nominated Director) to
the HFC Board, Joanie Roberts has not yet been admitted
to post. She was appointed in late February and was sanctioned by the
HUST membership.
Furthermore,
Tony Taylor, who was excluded from HFC activities by his fellow
Directors, has currently not been re-admitted to post. Again, we have
received written assurances that this has been dealt
with. We consider this act by HFC Directors is out of their
jurisdiction under Company Law and have requested it be addressed
immediately.
There has only been 1 of the 3 serving HND's represented at HFC board meetings since early March 2020.
We understand from recent press releases that the HFC board is meeting at least twice a week during this lockdown period.
