Hereford's 'Biggest Ever Concert' is set to take place after the end of the current playing season.
Whilst the format and date are yet to be confirmed, it is known that this concert is, in essence, a trial to see what support for it there might be and whether it might become an annual event.
At present it's thought that it may take place sometime during the weekend of May 12/13.
The line-up is set to be announced next Friday.
The club will not want to risk any damage to the Edgar Street pitch and so the sooner after the end of the season the concert takes place the better.
One such event took place at Edgar Street in 1971.
