Just because Hereford FC have a large fanbase and a lush green surface at Edgar Street doesn't mean they'll win games says Rocester manager Mark Wilson.
"A large fan following doesn't win football matches – players do, and my lads have just beaten a very good Boldmere side 4-0," Wilson told the Burton Mail.
"We're buzzing with that result after losing two games on the trot but we all know that you don't always get what you deserve in football.
"Every time they play they turn up in large numbers and that brings pressure.
"It's okay having a lush, green surface to play on at Edgar Street, but they're coming now to the Rocesters and Highgates of the world, who can't afford a full-time groundsman.
"The lads who play against Hereford are going to have a great experience of playing in front of a large crowd.
"We're not going to sit back."
