One of the problems those involved with Hereford FC are currently facing is keeping the momentum of the new club flowing.
For example supporters are waiting for the lease deal for Edgar Street to be signed and the articles of association of the new club to be published.
But perhaps the greatest challenge is to keep the interest of all those who have voluntered to help clean up the ground.
Ken Kinnersley who has taken on the mantle of 'volunteer co-ordinator' is well aware of the 'frustration' and in his third newsletter to volunteers has thanked them for their patience.
"We are aware of the frustration in not being able to get on with the job of sorting it out," he said.
To his credit Kinnersley has begun to look even further forward to when Edgar Street is back in full operation, not only on match days.
He is looking for 'committed' volunteers who will be able to help out on a regular basis and has invited applications from those who have already contacted the new club.
"It is our intention to make sure 'volunteering' with Hereford FC will be an enjoyable experience and something to which you will look forward to on a regular basis," he said.
There is no doubt that those involved with running the new club are working hard in the background to ensure that everything is ready for the return of football to Edgar Street.
They need to ensure the club is run on a sound basis and, so far, everything points to that being achieved.
