Torquay's Supporters Trust say they are interested in taking over the club. Majority owner Thea Bristow will convert around £3m in loans to shares before handing them to a new owner with advisor Kelvin Thomas there is at least one other party already interested. Bristow will cover the bills at Plainmoor until the end of June.
