Some people, including record top scorer Marc Lloyd-Williams, believe it may force the league to switch to a summer schedule.

Stockport Director Richard Park claims two former Directors threatened to wind up the club 'on many occasions' over a £40,000 debt. Park made the claim to a fans forum, saying the club was paying Tony and Mary Gibbons back £1,000 a month to settle their claim. Park says they paid out £30,000 in severance after sacking former manager Darije Kalezic, who lasted just 56 days in the job.
Darlington 1883 are to pay tribute to Administrator Harvey Madden after he died aged 66. Three years ago Madden kept the old club alive while fans assembled an alternative. Director Dave Mills said: “It is no exaggeration to say that Darlington would not even exist if it had not been for Harvey going the extra mile while a rescue package was being put together."
