During half-time at this afternoon's Hereford United supporters game, HUISA handed over a cheque for £2500 to UITC.
Afterwards Nikki White told BN how it had come about.
"At our HUISA AGM, when we decided to disband, the members voted on giving the remaining money to United In The Community and the shares to the Trust (HUST).
"This is our way of showing our members that the money has been given to UITC.
"The shares are still be to be given to HUST but there is nobody at the football club to sign it over at the moment.
"It's all signed from our end and I've been in contact with Mr Phelps at the club to try and get it sorted."
Rob Purdie for UITC was very pleased to receive the money.
"UITC is a charity organisation, it's massive that we get donations.
"It's also nice to see people understanding what we are trying to do.
"We've lads from nine to seventeen years old and we're trying to give them a chance in football whether it's within Herefordshire or onto bigger things."
