Hereford United have been given another seven day adjournment on their winding up petition.
Bone, reporting for BBC Hereford and Worcester, said that 'behind the scenes' negotiations with creditors had seen the extension agreed until next Monday.
A part payment has reportedly been made to Martin Foyle. Fan Andy Gilbert, who attended the court hearing, told the Hereford Times:
"There were barristers present for Martin Foyle and Andy Porter, for HMRC and for another unnamed creditor who has attached to the petition. The barrister for Foyle and Porter said that his clients had received a part payment, but there was no such comment from the HMRC."
Update: It was Foyle's barrister who asked for the adjournment and HMRC agreed to this.
The club was represented by a lady barrister but none of the clubs directors were reported to have been present.
Club chairman Andy Lonsdale has commented:

"Although this is not the outcome we
expected, a few things had changed regarding the winding up order since
the last time we were in court, so it is only right that the club now go
away and adjust accordingly.
