Philip Gambrill has resigned as a Director according to Companies House.
Gambrill had previously failed the Owners and Directors Test due to an outstanding Individual Voluntary Arrangement, with Insolvency Practitioner Marc Landsman saying that the FA allowed Gambrill to remain on the board only to meet the needs to have three Directors listed.
He was the last Director to be appointed and his departure leaves John Edwards, Elke Thuerlings, and Tommy Agombar Jnr - whose departure was repeatedly announced but never executed at Companies House - as the Directors of Hereford United 1939 Ltd.
Agombar Jnr is also understood to have failed the Owners and Directors Test.
