Bob Pritchard has joined the Hereford United Community Trust Board.
Pritchard who remains listed as a non-excutive director of Hereford United is also expected to become a director of the club.
Amidst other tasks, he has been taking a leading role for the club in the updating of the leases with Herefordshire Council and discussing a new telecom deal.
He also appears to be fronting the clubs discussions with the Supporters Trust, HUST, particularily over the subject of the ACV.
Last October, Pritchard spoke about how monies raised from any commercial development would be used to help fund ground developments at Edgar Street.
"The revenue received from the land/lease sales will be retained in escrow accounts held jointly by the Council and Hereford United (1939) Limited," said Pritchard.
"These funds will only be released in order to facilitate the redevelopment of the new stands to improve and modernise the stadium."
HUST have stated that they will act in the best interests of the fans, who currently appear cautious about any major changes to the ACV.
