The Bulls say they have completed the exchange of contracts with the Council for the new leases on Edgar Street.
Non-Executive Director Bob Pritchard told the official site: "I'd like to thank the leader of the Council Geoff Hughes and their solicitor Ian Higgs in association with their external solicitor Pinsent Masons together with The Club's own solicitor Fiona Thomson from DLA Piper for bringing this to a conclusion after many months of negotiations.
"I'd also like to thank Savills International for their support."
It is now hoped that the club can seek development opportunities on the two ends of the site.
