Todd Aiming For Managerial Role

Former Bulls loanee Chris Todd says he is aiming to move into management when his playing career ends.

The 32 year old has been sidelined so far for current side Eastleigh with a problematic hamstring injury, and he says he will look for a coaching career when he finally hangs up his boots: "I love the game. I've been in it since I left school. Basically, it's all I know." he told the local press.

"It's going to take a good man to get me off that field, I tell you. I want to be nurtured into management. That's my aim. I've spoken to the gaffer (Richard Hill) about it and he wants to help me along the way, and he's doing that.

"He's getting me more involved in the coaching side of things, which is something I want to do. I believe I can do it. I believe I've got the right calibre, and the ambition to do it.

"You've got to have your breaks along the way, but I'm at a good club which wants to get me involved in that side of things so that is going to help me with the process."
