The Bulls travel to Nuneaton on Tuesday night looking to bounce back from two successive defeats.
The Bulls faced the reformed Boro last season, with the two sides playing out a pair of goalless draws. The Bulls visited Liberty Way last October and had to make a trio of first half substitutions due to injuries, while the return fixture in March saw loanee Joe Connor make his Bulls debut as a second half sub.
The Boro are a surprise name at the top end of the Conference table after eight unbeaten matches and four straight wins. They have hardly had an easy run in the opening games, having beaten Kidderminster, Wrexham, and Grimsby this season, while also getting draws against Barnet and Forest Green. Top scorer Louis Moult, who scored once in 17 games on loan last term, has netted seven times already this season, with fellow forward Andy Brown adding four more to his 19 last season.
The Bulls travel East without the injured Michael Rankine but will feature loan striker Richard Brodie in their ranks. Danny Leadbitter is expected to be fit enough to reclaim the right back berth filled by Dom Collins on Friday night. A defeat on Tuesday will mean the Bulls would have lost three straight games for the first time under Martin Foyle, a record the squad will be keen to avoid.
Nuneaton Town vs Hereford United, Liberty Way, Tuesday 17th September, 7.45pm.
