Bulls News has tonight been handed a copy of an email exchange between a senior shareholder and a Partner at Pinsent Masons, the law firm named by the club to have been involved in the original share documentation.
In it, dated July 25th, the shareholder seeks clarification on 'significant queries' to the original paperwork but Russell Booker, the partner at the multinational law firm who was named by David Keyte as the writer of the share document at the July 22nd Shareholders meeting, informs him that they 'do not act for the company and so we are not able to help you'.
It is understood that the email exchange was presented to the club's board for explanation, and discussed at a board meeting last month, but no official response has been received by the shareholder.
