Details of Hereford United's proposed share issue have been sent to current shareholders.
A meeting of shareholders will now take place on Monday July 22nd at the Starlite Rooms commencing at 7pm to vote on whether to go ahead.
The directors are hoping to raise upto £1.5M should the issue be successful.
Included in the details is a provision that exisiting loans made by directors and others can be converted into shares.
The board has also put forward a resolution to update the company's articles of association which, they say, will 'more fully reflect modern company law'.
There is a lot of detail in the proposals which shareholders will have two weeks to mull over before the meeting.
