Salisbury have named Chris Giles as 'interim coach'. The former Yeovil and Whites player retired at the age of 31 earlier in the summer after being plagued by injury last term. Thurrock have been relegated to Ryman One North after failing in an appeal against a charge of fielding an ineligible player. The player in question was banned over a £16 fine imposed on a club no longer in existence, with neither Thurrock nor the player having any knowledge of it.
Port Talbot chairman Andrew Edwards has quit the FAW board after they rejected Barry and Llanelli's appeals against their removal from the league system. Edwards accused the FAW board of lacking principles and a sense of purpose after they voted 15-14 to not even hear the appeal in a ten minute meeting. Barry say they are to launch legal action against the FAW as a result.
Luton are trialling former Bradford striker Mark Stewart in pre-season. The 25 year old Scot scored three times in 17 games for Dundee last term. The Hatters have allowed transfer listed defender Arnaud Mendy to trial at Portsmouth. Wrexham have signed striker Andy Bishop on a two year deal after he agreed a termination of his Bury contract. The 30 year old scored twice in four games for the Dragons on loan last term.

Former Ebbsfleet owners MyFC have agreed a deal to sponsor Slough Town for the coming season. The £10,000 for the deal comes from their sale of their stake in the Fleet.
