Former Bulls loanee Lyle Taylor has ended discussions with Rotherham about a return to the English game.
The Falkirk striker, who scored 24 times in his debut Scottish season, had see the two clubs agree a £200,000 fee but talks broke down over personal terms.
The former Bournemouth man, who has also interested Hibernian and other English sides, told his Twitter followers that the ending of talks with the Millers was personal after discussions with his family.
Meanwhile, the pursuit of Gary Hooper continues. Celtic are reported to have rejected a pair of £4million bids from QPR and Norwich, with Hooper being claimed in the Scottish press to have requested a move back to England.
Hooper has scored 82 times in 136 games for the Glasgow side, winning two SPL Championships and two Scottish Cups.
