Former Bulls loanee Byron Anthony is one of seven to be leaving Bristol Rovers this summer.
The defender is reported to be attracting attention from Football League clubs after impressing during his spell at Edgar Street. Manager Mark McGhee told the Pirates' official site:
"I know a lot of people at the club liked Byron, but it is my job to
make these decisions, and I think the circumstances have changed. When Byron went out on loan, I think we both realised that he would
not be in my future plans, but he is the sort of player who will be of
interest to other clubs."
Joining Anthony at the exit door are veteran striker Scott McGleish, who ended the season at Barnet, keeper Lance Cronin, and youngsters Charlie Clough and Charlie Reece. Former Bulls trialist Kayne McLaggon will also leave the club once he has returned to fitness.
