Barrow have announced that co-manager Darren Sheridan has left the club by mutual consent. He was suspended last week for an unspecified matter.
Gillingham are trialling former Charlton defender Jonathan Fortune. The 31 year old left the Valley last summer while injured and has only just regained fitness. Oxford striker Jon-Paul Pittman will miss a month with a hamstring injury. Sligo have announced that manager Paul Cook has had talks with Accrington, but will not become their next manager.
