Bulls target Chris McPhee has signed for Torquay on a two year deal.
The 28 year old left Kidderminster earlier in the summer and was reluctant to move from his Devon base. Boss Martin Ling told the Gulls' official site:
"Kidderminster wanted him to stay and he has had other offers from league clubs. Where we come into play is that he is from Newton Abbot."
The Bulls made a cash bid for McPhee in January, only for the player to reject the move in favour of his family life. He has had a previous spell at Torquay, starting only 11 games of the 06/07 season.
