News Round Up

Barnet's injury crisis deepens as striker Danny Kelly has been ruled out for several months with ankle ligament damage. He is the third player to be ruled out long term, while five more have not trained this week due to various minor knocks. The Bees have also yet to decide whether to extend the loan of Dagenham striker Phil Walsh, which expired last weekend.

Bradford have signed Carlisle's former Doncaster striker Jason Price on a months loan. The 33 year old has made only four sub appearances for the Cumbrians this term but won two promotions under Bantams boss Peter Taylor at Hull. No Bulls in the Team of the Week, but ex-Bulls Keith Lowe and Craig Stanley both made the XI.

York have named Tamworth manager Gary Mills as their new boss. He takes assistant Darron Gee to the Minstermen as well, with the Lambs putting veteran defender Des Lyttle in temporary charge. Crewe say Calvin Zola will remain with the club until the January transfer window after moves to Northampton and Shrewsbury fell apart. The local paper claims the Shrews agreed a £50,000 move for the ex- Tranmere man before personal terms scuppered the deal.

Oxford have transfer listed midfielder Sam Deering after he failed to break into the first team picture. The 19 year old youth team graduate has been allowed to join Leyton Orient on trial after only fleeting sub appearances this term.
