Breath of Fresh Air around Edgar Street

HUISA chairman Keith Dodd has said that he feels that there is a breath of fresh air around Edgar Street since the arrival of chairman David Keyte, his vice-chairman Tim Russon and new manager Simon Davey.

"We're really excited and looking forward to a really good season," Dodd told BBC Hereford and Worcester this morning.

"I'm very impressed with everything the team are doing.

"It like a breath of fresh air around the town. The press, H&W, the supporters - everybody just feels that there is a lot of new hope at the club.

"Money is being spent on the club, David and Tim are doing everything they can to try and get the leases back for the club.

"The supporters are fully committed in every way, season ticket sales are up.

"We've had an open day, fans forums, golf days, charity functions, the players have been out to the wider community. Everything is looking really optimistic and exciting.

"Hereford United hasn't had the best PR people around but this time it has improved two-fold, more than that."
