Hereford United manager Simon Davey has commented on the signing of Sam Gwynne who agreed a one year contract extension earlier today.
"To be in trialist's kit and not in first team kit every day and not moan about it shows dedication," Davey told BBC Hereford & Worcester.
"He has demonstrated a hunger and desire to play for this football club and so deserves his contract."
Davey also spoke about the size of his squad.
"That will be 17 with Sam so there will be three more to go," he continued.
"I've definitely got three or four coming in on trial so it's not panic time.
"We've got the basis of a good squad to compete in this division so it is just a case now of adding the final touches."
