News Round Up

Aldershot have confirmed Kevin Dillon as their new manager. The former Reading coach spent six games in caretaker charge for the Royals in 2003, his only managerial experience. Port Vale boss Micky Adams has signed a two year extension with the club. He originally signed a short term deal in the summer, then extended it for the season. Northampton have loaned striker Joe Benjamin to Eastbourne for a month.

Shrewsbury boss Paul Simpson has acted swiftly in the wake of their loss to Staines. Loan forward Josh Labadie, second top scorer with five goals, has been sent back to West Brom due to an 'attitude problem', while strikers Kris Bright and Nathan Elder have both been transfer listed. Simpson had signed a contract extension with the club until 2012 prior to the game. Lincoln have extended the loan of midfielder Anthony Pulis from Southampton until January.

Dagenham have extended the loan of ex-Bull Anwar Uddin to Grays for a second month. Grimsby have signed Plymouth defender Damien McCrory on a month long loan. He had an earlier spell with Port Vale, but turned down an extension to try and prove his worth at Home Park.
