Yeovil have extended the loan of Millwall striker Gifton Noel-Williams until Boxing Day. He is out of contract with the Lions on January 1st. Peterboro have told Cambridge that they will have to pay £120,000 to resign former striker Scott Rendell, which is more than they received for him. Southend have given striker Francois Laurent a two year extension to his deal after only signing a one year contract in the summer.
Stafford's players have flatly refused a pay cut and have all opted to go on the transfer list. A collective statement says they were told their basic pay would be halved, and bonuses would be erased completely, while non-contract players would receive no payments whatsoever.
