Graham Turner has said that his League Two manager's award reflects the work of 'everyone at Hereford United'. He was presented with the award by the League Managers' Association at a ceremony in Nottingham last Sunday.
The reward is a tribute to the way Turner has taken the Bulls from the Conference to League One on one of the smallest budgets in football, particularily when compared with the likes of MK Dons and Peterborough.
"It's a reflection on the whole club and how hard everybody's worked to conclude a successful season. I think that's reflected in the award that we received," Turner told the Worcester News.
"I have got to have some sympathy with Paul (Ince, the MK Dons manager), who did the double, but, in the end, I think resources have been taken into consideration and that's held sway. But I was absolutely delighted, among some distinguished guests, to receive the award."
