Former Hereford United player Michael McIndoe scored Bristol City's second goal against Crystal Palace this evening ensuring that Gary Johnson's team will be at Wembley against either Hull or Watford.
Ex Swansea City's Lee Trundle put City ahead after the game had gone into extra time.
