Mansfield will be managed on Tuesday night by Billy Dearden's assistant Paul Holland.
Holland will be assisted by veteran goalkeeper Carl Muggleton and former Bull Ivan Hollett, who has recently been youth team coach at Field Mill. It is Holland's second stint as caretaker at the club after winning his only other game in charge prior to Dearden's arrival.
Chief Executive Stephen Booth appointed Holland after discussions with other candidates, but the likelihood of a takeover is believed to be hindering a permanent appointment.
