Andy Tretton returned to Edgar Street this afternoon, not to play, but to be the match summeriser on BBC Radio Shropshire. The former Hereford United captain was also Shrewsbury Town's captain before moving to the Bulls.
Before the game he spoke well of his former boss Graham Turner and said how well the Bulls had been playing this season.
Tretts was quite pleased with the performance of Madjo for Shrewsbury.
"He grow in confidence when he had good quality to feet. However he's never going to win balls in the air especially against Hereford's central defenders who were very strong."
However he wasn't over impressed with Shrewsbury but had a few words of praise for the Bulls.
"I beleive that Shrewsbury need to make some changes in the personnel or the tactics because the way they are playing at the moment - I can't see them pulling out any positive results.
"Watching Hereford today around the box they were trying things. Fair enough they weren't coming off all the time but they were always trying things. That's the way you are going to score goals."
Two other former Hereford United players, Andy Williams and Andy Ferrell, watched the Bulls victory this afternoon.
