Brentford assistant boss Andy Scott has called for the Bees to give a positive reaction to recent results at Edgar Street on Saturday.
The Bees have lost two home games in seven days, to Dagenham and Stockport, but won at Chester in their last away outing. Scott wants the players to cut out the individual mistakes that are costing goals: "We said to the players they don't become bad players and a bad team overnight, we are getting punished for individual mistakes, they are not bad team goals but bad errors are costing us dear.
"Wherever you play it is important not to concede an early goal. At the beginning of the season we were getting the first goal and of late we haven't done that. The basics of a decent team is keeping clean sheets, we have conceded too many goals and we have to rectify that.
"Hereford have had a good start but they haven't had the best of times at home. We are hoping we can impose our away form and get the better of them."
Brentford have kept just one clean sheet all season, at Chester, but have conceded just three goals on the road compared to eleven at home.
