Wrexham have been told today to quit the English leagues and join the Welsh Premier rather than continue to struggle at the wrong end of League Two. Rhyl chief Peter Parry told the Daily Post: "There are lads in Wrexham's team who would not get in Rhyl's team. To be perfectly honest, they are full time and barely being paid what they would get paid at Rhyl. But I understand for them it is an opportunity to move on."
Stockport have loaned youngsters James Tunnicliffe and Chris Coward to Northwich for a month. Neither have featured for their first team this season. The club have signed Bolton winger Leslie Thompson on loan for a month. The 19 year old is yet to feature in the Trotters' first team. Darlington have terminated the loan of Wycombe's ex-Bulls midfielder Chris Palmer as he 'failed to settle' in the area. Palmer had a loan spell at Edgar Street in early 2004 whilst a trainee at Derby.
Yeovil have been warned as to their future conduct after admitting a FA charge of failing to control their players in a match at Tranmere last month. Worcester have announced plans for a 6,000 capacity Football League standard stadium on the outskirts of the city. Mansfield have extended Chris McAllister's loan from Sheff Weds for another month. The club have also made their forthcoming match with neighbours Notts County all-ticket due to capacity restrictions at Field Mill.
Bury have signed midfielder Lee Bullock from Hartlepool for a month. Bullock has just finished a similar spell at Mansfield. Chester are to complete the signing of former Stockport man Tony Dinning after reaching agreement with the Football League over their salary structure. Increased attendances at the Deva Stadium are believed to have made the move possible, with income projections increasing to allow the extra expenditure.
Bradford have added Blackpool goalkeeper Rhys Evans to their squad on a months loan, and taken Nicky Law on loan from Sheff Utd. Law, 19, is the son of former Bulls and Bantams defender Nicky (Snr). Aldershot keeper Nikki Bull has confirmed that he will leave the club regardless in the summer. Bull, 26, has played 183 times for the club since arriving five years ago and is regarded by many as the best keeper in the Conference.
