Turner hopes for a few more points

Hereford United manager Graham Turner has told the Hereford Times that he 'would like to get a few more points before the end of the season.'

With both games this weekend against top teams, Swindon and Walsall, Turner noted that the Bulls have done quite well against higher placed sides in the League.

"Generally we have done better against the better sides so we can take confidence from that," said Turner.

"But these are definitely two games to look forward to.

"It eases the pressure a little now that we have 50 points on the board."

Meanwhile, according to the paper, Steve Jennings is expected to miss both games.

Finally in his weekly column Turner looks forward to next season and revaeals that the club is hopeful of attracting one or two of the biggest clubs to Edgar Street for pre-season friendlies.

One game already agreed is a short trip to Pegasus.
