Vaughan may takes legal action
Chester chairman, Stephen Vaughan, is considering taking legal action against the Non League Paper.
Yesterday they reported that Chester City had still not paid the £18,000 for tickets sold for the final Conference clash of the season at Edgar Street against Hereford United.
Vaughan told the Chester Evening Leader: "The cheque has been paid and I'm not happy with the Non League Paper. I am definitely considering taking legal advice."
Meanwhile, according to a comment on the Official Hereford United forum, Graham Turner told the Vice President's AGM this evening that the cheque from Chester arrived one hour after the press had been informed and after Chester had received a summons.
